On June 6th and 7th, The Israel Mobile Summit will be held in Tel Aviv.  The Summit is one of the leading mobile events in EMEA with over 2000 visitors and exhibitors from around the world. It will feature keynote speeches from top industry speakers, along with panels about the hot mobile topics.

These are exciting times for service providers who evolved to become Multichannel Video Programming Distributors (MVPD) as they face two main challenges:

  1. Subscriber pressure to decrease subscription fees that require new monetization models, e.g., advertising. This challenge is led by young people who are known as “cord cutters” who want to consume their TV and video entertainment free of charge.
  2. The constant increase of content costs that require new revenue streams to keep profitability.

TV is evolving from the “screen box on the wall” to a personalized experience across all screens. Brands and advertisers are finding new ways to engage TV viewers with personal ad experiences like never seen before. This is all happening in the age of cord-cutters, multi-viewers, non-subscribers and ad-blockers.

At the Summit, Amdocs will present its thought leadership on how TV and digital video publishers and distributors can offer new ad-sponsored opportunities and business models. These new alternatives will transform the current TV advertising spend to targeted experiences via mobile, OTT and Linear TV channels.

Please join us for a thought leadership session on how the TV ad experience is harnessing mobile ad targeting platforms and practices, and a panel discussion on The Future of Programmatic Advertising. You are also invited to come visit us at the Amdocs booth, #33, to learn more.
